Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent to the third-party company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query under its own terms and returns its result. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us may be retained so a response can be prepared and the exchange can be documented. We do not disclose the message outside our organization unless the sender authorizes it or a valid legal duty requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers receive routine technical information when a visitor opens a page. That information may include:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device to support site functions and show broad usage patterns, such as popular pages or points where visits end. Analytics services can combine that traffic into reports. A browser can reject or remove cookies, although doing so may change how some features work.
What We Do With This Data
- Diagnosing technical faults and maintaining reliable service
- Routing a submitted query to the selected search provider
- Measuring which reference pages are useful to visitors
- Improving performance and page speed
- Supporting advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Yavapai County Court Docket does not host, build, maintain, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case records. It publishes directions to Arizona Public Access, Yavapai County calendars, and the clerks that hold official records. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into a consumer report or a profile of a person named in a court case.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes shown on some pages. Their privacy policies apply to information entered in their tools, and they decide how long to retain it and when it may be shared. Review the provider's policy before sending a query because this policy does not control that service.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Clerk of Superior Court in Yavapai County, Arizona court portals, other government pages, or private tools. The destination's privacy terms govern once a visitor leaves this site. Those terms should be read before personal information is submitted.
An advertising company may use its own technology to measure activity across websites and select an ad. That collection occurs within the advertising provider's system.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal information. Data may still be received by the following parties for the stated functions:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used for information under our control. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so transmission and storage still carry risk.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. A verified request concerning information submitted by a minor will be reviewed and the material removed when appropriate.
Your Data Rights
Applicable law may provide rights concerning personal information held by a private website. A visitor may ask to exercise the choices below, subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions. These website-data choices are separate from access to Arizona court records. Judicial records are controlled by Arizona Supreme Court Rule 123, while A.R.S. ยง 39-121.01 addresses maintenance and access for public records.
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
