Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route each Yavapai County request by the record or task involved:

  • A hearing date: check Court Dates and call the assigned division or limited-court clerk for confirmation
  • A filed or certified copy: follow the Court Record Search request channels for the court that keeps the file
  • A city or Justice Court matter: contact that municipal or Justice Court clerk, not the Superior Court records unit
  • A traffic citation: read the named court on the citation before using the Traffic Tickets routes

For Superior Court records, contact the Clerk of Superior Court in Yavapai County, 120 S. Cortez Street, Room 207, Prescott, AZ 86303. The records line is (928) 777-7934, and the counter is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Clerk also accepts detailed requests at YavapaiRecordsManagement@courts.az.gov and quotes the cost before online payment. Older, pre-1992 files follow this Prescott route.
