About Yavapai County Court Docket

Yavapai County court dockets are divided among the Clerk of Superior Court, five Justice Courts, and the county's municipal courts. Arizona Public Access connects many of those case indexes, but it does not hold the official file or every case type. This private reference organizes the official portals, calendars, clerk contacts, and record-request routes that serve Prescott, Camp Verde, and nearby communities. Its purpose is simple: help readers identify the court that owns a case and reach that court's official source without treating several distinct record systems as one database.

Why We Built This Site

Arizona permits broad access to many judicial records, yet custody depends on the court. The Clerk of Superior Court in Yavapai County keeps the general-jurisdiction trial record. Each Justice Court and municipal court keeps its own limited-jurisdiction docket. Arizona Public Access offers a free multi-court index, while eAccess provides paid images from eligible Superior Court civil and criminal files. Local calendars add current setting information. We collect the official links, court distinctions, case-number patterns, and request paths needed to move between those layers.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to an Arizona court, the Clerk of Superior Court in Yavapai County, or any government agency. Its role has firm limits:

  • We cannot issue an official docket sheet, filing, or case file
  • We cannot reset a hearing or alter a court calendar
  • We cannot amend, seal, or remove a docket entry
  • We cannot authenticate or certify a court document
  • We cannot provide legal advice about an individual matter
  • We cannot promise that a fee, phone number, or setting has not changed

An official or certified copy must come from the clerk of the court that holds the case. This resource can identify that office, but it cannot supply the record.
